Mr. Burpee designed and maintains the websites currently used by Accion Group and our clients for competitive solicitations, including those for the Georgia Power ASI, the Southern California Edison Renewable Auction Mechanism (RAM), and Pacific Gas & Electric ReMAT.

Mr. Burpee's professional specialties include database design, implementation, and management, and web-based project management. Having worked as a web developer and programmer since 1998, while also providing IT consulting services and support since 1996, Mr. Burpee is well-versed in HTML, CSS, ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, SQL, SSL and Internet security, and e-commerce.

In 1996, Mr. Burpee began his own, full-time computer support business, offering IT support and web development to small businesses, and providing clients with knowledgeable PC support. Prior to branching out on his own, Mr. Burpee worked for a local New England business as their IT professional while also providing part-time computer networking support to other businesses.

Mr. Burpee attended Trinity College, and served as a Nuclear Electrician in the U.S. Navy. He also holds various certificates in relevant computer support fields.
