Bidders are reminded that bids and accompanying Bid Fees must be electronically submitted by 5:00 pm Eastern Prevailing Time on April 20, 2017. The Bid Period will officially close at that time.
Additionally, the Final Approved Renewable Energy Development Initiative (REDI) RFP Document and Final Approved Pro Forma Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are available on the IE Website Document Page.
The Bid deadline for NorthWestern's All Source solicitation has been extended to Monday, May 8th, 2017 by 5:00 pm MPT.
Bidders are encouraged to use the "Q&A" page to ask non-project specific questions anonymously should any arise in filling out the online Bid Form.

The EPC Bidder approval process for NorthWestern's EPC RFP is undergoing final review.
Bidders who completed the Pre-Qualification form can expect to receive a response to whether their company has passed the approval process within 1 week.
The deadline to provide comments to the revised Second Draft Program Guidelines that define Georgia Power's 2017 REDI programs are due on Friday February 24, 2017 by 12:00 pm eastern time.
Interested parties may use the REDI RFP website to provide comments.
Revised Second Draft Program Guidelines that define Georgia Power's 2017 REDI programs are available on the website Document Page. You are invited and encouraged to review the Program Guidelines, which include the pro forma Agreements. Further, you are encouraged to provide comments regarding the Program Guidelines, terms and conditions of the Agreements (1) that you believe can be improved upon, or (2) that you support and believe are appropriate and important for this solicitation. All comments are received anonymously and you are encouraged to not identify yourself or your company. Comments are to be submitted using the "Comments" page of the RFP website.
Once the Program Guidelines are approved by the Georgia Public Service Commission as final, there will be no further changes. This is your opportunity to assist in the drafting of the documents.
The deadline to register to attend the NorthWestern EPC site visit is February 9th, by 1:00 pm mountain time.
