Harold T. Judd
|
|
Mr. Judd brings over 25 years of diverse expertise with regulated industries and emerging markets. He specializes in advising regulators and utilities on strategies for the post-deregulation era for electric utilities. Harry is actively involved in the design and management of competitive solicitations for power supply to meet wholesale energy needs and provides mediation services to the energy industry, and advises regulators and power plant owners in the area of nuclear decommissioning planning and funding. He has extensive experience with market structuring, both to meet changing markets and through bankruptcy.
Harry’s background includes serving as a consumer advocate, federal prosecutor, state’s counsel, and counsel for utilities and energy marketers.

Alan Kessler
|
|
Mr. Kessler represents clients on engagements relating to corporate and operational management, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory litigation, business reorganizations and restructurings. He has been a consultant to the electric industry for over 30 years, and has worked in management positions for a major natural gas utility, a state public utilities commission, and a large electric utility. Prior to his affiliation with Accion Group, Inc., he was a partner in Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young.

John Hart
|
|
With over 25 years of power industry experience, Mr. Hart’s background includes senior positions in energy and environmental management and government affairs. His knowledge and experience combines strategic and regulatory issues, as well as technical and operational aspects of power plants.
John was the manager of Environmental, Governmental and Owner Relations for the Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant. and advises on nuclear decommissioning, environmental compliance and power plant design and construction. He has testified before the state regulators, legislative committees, the NRC, and other agencies.
John has been a Consultant to Accion Group for over three years.

Marcus Jackson
|
|
Mr. Jackson’s energy experience spans more than 30 years. He served as Chairman, President & CEO of Semco Energy, Inc. in Detroit, Michigan, and previously held key financial positions at Kansas City Power & Light.
He has extensive experience in the design and construction of power generating plants in the United States and internationally, and specializes in the evaluation of financial structures for electric and natural gas companies.
Marc has served as a Consultant to Accion Group for over four years.

Phil Layfield
|
|
Mr. Layfield has over 30 years' electric transmission and distribution experience with both domestic and international clients. He served as Project Manager for multiple electric generation, transmission and distribution process improvement projects, including planning, design and implementation, and specializes in transmission system analysis and design.
In addition to his project management experience, Phil has been a strategic advisor to top management on planning, acquisition and operational improvements.
Phil has served as a Consultant to Accion Group for over four years.

John W. Noyes

Mr. Noyes has 25 years' extensive experience in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and systems designed to ensure strong internal control and customer satisfaction in the energy industry. His skills include finance and accounting, project management, risk management, strategic planning, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions.
Before joinging Accion Group, John held numerous senior positions at Northeast Utilities including Business Group Controller for the Unregulated Business activities, Vice President of Business Strategy, Vice President and Controller, and Vice President of Regulatory Relations. He speciializes in advising firms on financial strategies and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
John has served as a Consultant to Accion Group for over four years.
