Harris Burpee, Vice President
With more than twenty years of information technology and web development experience, Mr. Burpee provides Accion Group's clients with sophisticated and secure websites to manage their competitive solicitation processes, and reviews electronic protocols for information exchange and RFP bidding. Mr. Burpee designed and maintains the websites currently used by Accion Group and our clients for competitive solicitations, including those for the Georgia Power ASI, the Southern California Edison Renewable Auction Mechanism (RAM), and Pacific Gas & Electric ReMAT.
In 1996, Mr. Burpee began his own, full-time computer support business, offering IT support and web development to small businesses, and providing clients with knowledgeable PC support. Prior to branching out on his own, Mr. Burpee worked for a local New England business as their IT professional while also providing part-time computer networking support to other businesses.
Mr. Burpee attended Trinity College, and served as a Nuclear Electrician in the U.S. Navy. He also holds various certificates in relevant computer support fields.
