Utility Planning and Management

Thanks to our consultants' prior work experience in both electric utilities and the government entities regulating the  industry, Accion Group has been regularly called upon to advise and assist state regulatory agencies in situations requiring in-depth understanding of business issues that affect power supply management. Our team's ability to facilitate crucial negotiations and manage complex transactions has led to Accion Group's involvement in numerous engagements to aid in the restructuring of complex power supply portfolios and rate setting.

Additionally, Accion Group's consultants' combined experience permits our firm to advise clients in all relevant areas, from day-to-day operation to regulatory approvals and relations. In providing expert knowledge to utilities across the nation, Accion Group offers clients a seasoned, yet creative, perspective as they navigate critical company decisions.
